Mail-In Sweepstakes Supplies

Index Cards

These are critical! Almost all mail-in sweepstakes require index cards. I would recommend getting unruled or blank3x5 cards. You can also get 4x6 cards as well. It is rare that the rules require 4x6 cards but every once in a while you will be asked to send 3 1/2x5 card or a different odd shape card.

I have found that office supply stores like Office Depot and Office Max have the least expensive cards for the best quality. You can find them at drug stores but I have found they are really flimsy!

Papers

If a sweepstakes doesn't ask for index cards they will ask for papers. You can purchase these papers in a message pad form from Office Depot or Office Max. But in my experience it is cheaper and better quality paper if you purchase a paper cutter (a nice one) and cut them from a regular ream of computer paper.

Pens

I know this sound silly for me to mention but if you are not going to use my hand printing servicesLet me give you a word of advice, I go through a lot of pens!  If you are going to be filling out your own index cards and papers you will also want a comfortable pen.  Before I started this business I bought these paper mate blue pens.  They were very inexpensive and I found out why!  They are so uncomfortable to hold!

I also recommend you use ballpoint pens.  I am a huge fan of gel pens but when I am filling an order for a customer I don't want to wait until the ink dries.  If you don't want to wait for the ink to dry there will be ink smeared all over.

Return Address Labels

I use to run out of these all the time! I have purchase a bunch of address labels from Current. These are fun and really nice looking. I have also purchased blank labels icon from an office supply store and printed my own labels.

Either way works great!
