Organize Your Sweepstakes Hobby

A sweepstakes hobby can be such a mess if you don't have things organized.  If you are entering mail-in sweepstakes it can be even worse.  Here are some of the things that have helped me stay organized!

Rolling Cart

I purchased one of these years ago and it was one of my best investments! My rolling cart has six drawers.  I keep cards, papers, envelopes, decorating supplies, stamps, newsletters and even my win notices sometimes!

It is on wheels so I can roll it where ever I am going to sit and enter or even sit an fulfill a hand printing order for a customer. I purchased this at an office supply store when it was on sale. They do have a plastic storage cart with eight drawers if six is not enough for you!

Scrapbook Supplies

Scrapbooks are perfect for keeping track of all of your wins as they come in. You will want to record your win not only for looking back and seeing how lucky your are but also for tax purposes!

You can keep your scrapbook supplies in your rolling cart with your other supplies. When the time comes to put pages together you will have them all in one place!

Binder

Now if you are not crafty and doing like to do scrap booking (like me) then all you need is a binder and some sheet protectors. Whether you are crafty or not you will want to keep all your win notices and pictures you take. With those sheet protectors you can get the plastic photo pages to take pictures of the trip you won!

Thank You Cards

Everyone or every company should receive a thank you card for sending you a prize.  This will encourage these companies to continue to have promotions that you can enter and win.

If you are talented enough you can make your own thank you cards or just buy them like I do!
